The congressman and former head of the Council of Ministers Guido Bellido (Perú Libre) criticized the spokesman for Renovación Popular, Jorge Montoya, for his opposition to the government of Pedro Castillo, who faces a second presidential vacancy motion process in 7 months of management.
“With all your gibberish from Mr. Montoya, things get confused. I don’t know what Mr. Montoya is doing, if he is censoring, asking for a presidential vacancy”, questioned Bellido Ugarte in statements to the press.
“Why hasn’t Mr. Montoya run for President of the Republic and won the elections cleanly? And not be doing this sad show nationally”, he asserted.
Precisely, Jorge Montoya promoted the appeal seeking the dismissal of Castle Lumps. The vacancy motion was presented on Tuesday, March 8 and has the signatures of 50 legislators from different benches.
Given this, Guido Bellido summoned the spokesman for Popular Renewal to “respect” the result of the presidential elections that gave the winner of the elections to peter castlecandidate of the Free Peru party.
“That the voting of Peruvians be respected, it has to be respected and here the majorities and minorities have to be respected, if there is no such respect, what are we going to end up with?“, Held.
“The entire rule of law is based on that. Minorities have to respect. What problems are made? These four years pass quickly and you will have the opportunity to have the Presidency again. They will appoint the ministers and do what they see as convenient, but let the president work”, he sentenced.
Finally, Guido Bellido considered that the current Legislative “does not seem national representation”. “National representation is based on consensus, criteria, national representation is not a vindictive group that hates others”, he concluded.
