Grupo Piñero will undertake renovations in all its destinations, Mexico, Mallorca, the Dominican Republic and Jamaica, which this year means the renovation of 1,260 rooms, to which must be added the renovation of infrastructure, common areas and back office, of all these assets. .
In a strategic alliance with Hyatt, in 2025 the Group’s hotel division will continue to promote the renovation of its hotel plant with an approximate investment of 124 million euros. Some projects stand out, such as: the comprehensive renovation of the Bahía Principe Sunglight Tenerife Hotel in Costa Adeje, which will become the new Bahía Principe Luxury Tenerife Adults Only, with an opening scheduled for December 2025. The Group’s Residences & Golf division will invest 45 million euros for business growth.
