This Friday, June 24, Nutresa Group issued a statement through Financial Superintendence of Colombia about the resignation of Gabriel Gilinsky to the Board of Directors.
“Today Gabriel Gilinski Kardonski tendered his resignation as member of the company’s board of directorswhich will be effective once the Shareholders’ Meeting makes a new appointment”.

For its part, the company’s management thanked the sir for your contribution and participation as a member of the Board.
It should be remembered that on March 22 of this year, in the Plaza Mayor convention center in Medellin, the businessman had announced his arrival at the company. The Gilinskis had won two seats on the Board of Directors.

At the end of the meeting, Jaime Gilinski took the floor and thanked the other shareholders for “the way they have been received”.
