New clashes on the second day of the departmental strike for the census taking place in Santa Cruz. In the fourth ring road and Vallegrande avenue (between Av. Santos Dumont and Doble Vía a La Guardia), shock groups from the Movement Towards Socialism (MAS) that accompany the Minister of Public Works, Édgar Montaño, came to lift the blockades causing fear among the neighbors.
This was reported by the inhabitants of the area, where what is striking is the presence of Minister Édgar Montaño.
The masistas came to the place to lift the blockade and, in order to avoid fights, the neighbors chose to enter their homes, but the shock groups began to launch firecrackers inside their buildings, generating the reaction of the people.
The neighbors came out to chase away the shock groups. EL DEBER found that Minister Édgar Montaño was in his ranks, who tried to hide under a yellow raincoat and avoided giving statements when questioned about the actions of his companions.
Along with the minister was also the MAS councilor José Quiroz.
