The largest real estate project in the country, Green Tower Santa Cruz, has been advancing 100% according to the initially scheduled plan, with a delivery date of autumn 2024. To date, Green Tower already has a visible social area that has more of 2,500 m². In addition, there is a growing rate of sale of the apartments and offices that make up the project, characterized by its high international standards of quality, sustainability, comfort and luxury.

High-resistance concrete has been used throughout its construction, superior to the common denominator used in buildings in Bolivia, and the building has an earthquake-resistant design, validated by the company “René Lagos Engineers”, a reference structural engineering consultancy in the southern cone for its high elevation structures. The advances in the work confirm the high quality of the project, which translates into the considerable advance in sales of the departments; demonstrating that it is an attractive project and that it generates confidence in investors, who during their visits can verify that it uses the best materials on the market, sparing nothing to consolidate Green Tower as the best real estate proposal in Bolivia.
“We have sold nine apartments to Banco de Crédito de Bolivia, we are going to deliver it to them in the last quarter of this year. In the apartment building, seven units have been sold in the last 10 days,” said the executive. In addition, he added that they have promised that the Comversa administration will carry it out at Hotel Los Tajibos, “so that people who buy an apartment in Green Tower feel that they live 365 days a year in a five-star hotel.”
