The Superior Court of Electoral Justice (TSJE) finally recognized the National Agreement 2023, whose official name is Agreement for a New Paraguay.
The final resolution states that curtailing the right to participate in internal elections to people affiliated with other parties, belonging or not to the Coalition or not affiliated, would be a serious violation of political rights.
Also I know rejected the request for the exclusion of members of the Republican National Association (ANR) and non-members of the inmates’ register.
The decision was made after several claims and the permanent vigil that was installed outside the Electoral Court this Friday from early hours.
