interbank was recognized as the best company to work for in Peru with more than a thousand collaborators. the ranking Great Place To Work 2021-2022 (GPTW) distinguished organizations that stand out for their culture and implementation of best practices to promote trust, motivation and a safe work environment for everyone.
Interbank’s best practices highlighted by GPTW were “Interbank Eres”, a new flexible work model and remote first that allowed employees to always remain connected, enhancing their culture and productivity, and “Open Week Talent”, a program that gave them access to training first level to enhance your knowledge.
In addition, the bank received two special distinctions: “effective leadership” for creating an excellent workplace for all and fostering a work culture that inspires and attracts the best talent; and “trajectory”, recognition given for the first time, as it is the only company that has remained in the ranking during the 20 years of GPTW in the country.
