Until when is the term for the bonus deposit?
Companies have a deadline to deposit the bonus until Friday, July 15. This payment is a right of employees with Indefinite contracta fixed term Y part time.
People who work in companies of the Micro and Small Business Registry (remype), since they are entitled to half salary.
In case they do not deposit the bonus on the deadline or do so incompletely, it can be sanctioned with up to 26.12 tax tax units (S / 120,152).
Who will receive the July 2022 bonus?
According to Gratuities Law No. 27735the workers who are entitled to receive this bonus are those who are in a private company with an indefinite, fixed-term or part-time contract.
To receive the “grati”, the private sector collaborator must be on the payroll and work for at least one month between January and June 2022.

If the person worked only one month during that semester, they will not receive the full bonus.
Likewise, those who work in small companies will receive a half salary bonus, as established by the Mype-TUO DS 013-2013-Produce Law. This applies to workers hired before and after the company was registered in the Micro and Small Business Registry (Remype).
Workers in the agricultural sector are also among the beneficiaries. They will be entitled to receive a bonus if, within five days of starting work, they notify their employer that they wish to receive their additional amount on a semi-annual basis and not together with their daily salary.
By Law 31047, domestic workers are also entitled to a bonus, the amount of which will be equivalent to the salary received.
Who will not receive the bonus?
Workers who have worked less than a month between January and June of this year do not receive a bonus.
Public sector workers receive a Christmas bonus. This figure was established by the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF).
