Sexual abuse against minors occurred between 2008 and 2014 repeatedly, in construction sites where the man worked. According to the complaint, the grandfather who was captured on May 24, 2019 in Villavicencio, threatened his granddaughters with harming his mother if they told what happened.

After the girls told their father what was happening, the Attorney General’s Office managed to collect enough evidence against him.
