More than 300 young Venezuelans graduated in the First cohort Ramón Darío Vivas, for the resistance and comprehensive revolutionary defense of the Nation, in an act chaired by the Secretary General of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello.
From Carmen de Uria, in La Guaira state, where the Special Forces Specialization Center of the Bolivarian National Police Corps (CPNB)which is named Lieutenant Colonel Eliécer Otaizain honor of this distinguished fighter and patriot, the young leaders of the PSUV and the great patriotic pole Simón Bolívar, received the basic training of revolutionary resistance, for more than 21 days.
Participants developed skills and skills in training matters in the tactical method of revolutionary resistance, use and management of tactical weapons of combat, navigation and patrol, of meetings control techniques and public demonstrations, operating techniques of personal defense, conduction of day and night marches, among others, all framed in the guidelines of the Commander Hugo Chávez Frías referring to the popular police fusion.
The Secretary General of the Youth of the Socialist Party (JPSUV), Greece Colmenareshighlighted the commitment and loyalty of young Venezuelans to defend the homeland of any foreign aggression, maintaining the values instilled by Commander Chávez to continue making Venezuela a land free of imperialisms.
The boys and girls received these capacities in techniques, tactics and command procedures, both individual and collective combat, training taught by several institutions: the Bolivarian Military University of Venezuelathrough the school of the tactical method of revolutionary resistance; the group of command shares of the Bolivarian National Guard and the Unit of Special Tactical Operations of the Bolivarian National Police Corps, with a logistics support provided by the Ministry of Popular Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace and the Logistics School of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB).
At the ceremony, after a practical demonstration of the acquired skills, the graduation badges to the young participants were delivered, as well as a recognition to the instructors and instructors who contributed knowledge to Venezuelan youth in the laudable effort to convey the teachings of this patriotic task to defend the sovereignty, freedom, integrity and peace of the inhabitants of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
Finally, they lent the solemn and patriotic oath to reaffirm their willingness to defend with their life the country, of imperialist aggressions and foreign or internal enemies.
