The Ranking of The Best Places to Work for Women 2022 in its second edition, will be announced by Great Place to Work (GPTW) Bolivia on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 and the EL DEBER Group will publish a special supplement on Tuesday, July 26 of the present management.
Those organizations that stand out for successfully implementing policies and practices aimed at promoting equity and equality for all will be announced.

The gender gap is a problem that is still valid in the world and with a great presence. Although significant progress has been made in recent years, it has been overshadowed by the delays brought about by the pandemic and which have accentuated inequalities. To date, the world scenario continues to be unbalanced to the detriment of women.

Promoting a specific gender ranking allows visibility to the companies that make up this ranking and puts the problem on the table. All people, regardless of their gender, must have the opportunity to work in safe, dignified and equitable conditions. It is essential that this is fulfilled so that there is well-being, both at an organizational and social level.

Building work environments based on diversity and gender equity allows us to achieve excellent results. Among the main positive repercussions are: better corporate performance, the strengthening of the employer brand, greater innovation, as well as an improvement in the attraction and retention of talent.

It becomes a secure organizational setting. A culture of equity and inclusion is the culture that employees seek to develop. The companies that achieve this, and sustain it over time, will be the ones that obtain the best performance.

This Ranking of the Best Places to Work for Women in Bolivia 2022 will invite organizations in the national territory to implement new actions for the benefit of all.
