Governor of SLP asks to castrate rapists and death penalty for murderers

“We are sending an initiative to the local Congress to demand that all rapists be jailed, we no longer want rapists in San Luis. Those who murder, also ask for their death penalty. We have to eradicate violence and one way to do it is to get a firm hand”.

“On the subject of humans, it seems that they are also animals because they do not know how to behave, as they are raping girls, boys. That is why it is necessary to cast off the rapists who are harming society,” Gallardo Cardona said in a video.

Likewise, the president of Potosí has asked the Human Rights Commission for understanding on this issue in light of the current situation.

Ricardo Gallardo has assured that a “deep reform” must be carried out, because he believes that cases of rape and murder are not resolved with imprisonment. “They get out of jail with an injunction and continue to rape,” the governor commented.
