“The objective of this payment is to boost the economy and allow officials to have liquidity to cover the basic expenses of their attendees during the beginning of the school year,” announced the general comptroller, Gerardo Solís.
The payment will be made days before the entrance to the school classrooms of more than 900,000 students nationwide and will cover a global universe of 279,071 servers from the three State bodies, decentralized entities, public companies, financial intermediaries, boards and municipalities. .
With this disbursement, the National Government honors the commitment to public servants, established in Law 52 of May 16, 1974, which instituted the Thirteenth Month for the public sector.
