President Luis Abinader assured yesterday that the subsidy for small producers will continue, since it is a priority of Government maintain food security in the country.
The president said that the Government will continue to make the necessary efforts, from a fiscal point of view, so that small producers are not affected by the costs of fertilizers and raw materials in the international market.
“We have taken measures with each sector, because each one has its own characteristics. There is a firm and permanent commitment to production”he pointed.
He said that measures have been taken in different sectors to guarantee fair prices to producers and consumers.
