This pilot test will be directed by the technical table formed by the National Service of Comprehensive Attention to Adults Deprived of Liberty and Adolescent Offenders of Ecuador (SNAI), the National Institute of Statistics and Censuses (INEC), the General Directorate of Civil Registry , the National Directorate for Police Scientific Technical Investigation and the Secretariat for Human Rights.
