The largest amount corresponded to the Supérate program, with RD$34,799.8 million; Bonoluz: RD$3,713 million
The Government executed RD$ 36,204 million in its social programs in the first ten months of this year, according to the budget execution report of the General Budget Directorate.
This year’s budget has assigned RD$43,564.4 millionwhich represents an execution of a 83.1%.
The largest amount corresponded to the Supérate program, with RD$34,799.8 million, out of a total of RD$41,549.5 million. RD$24,541.4 million were allocated to the Aliméntate program, while RD$71 million was spent on Supérate Mujer. (The Aliméntate Program corresponds to the Supérate Card).
In the liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) subsidy program for households, RD$6,188.5 million were spent out of a total of RD$6,876.7 million. The Bonoluz subsidy amounted to RD$3,713 million out of a total of RD$4,236.1 million.
The execution of the LPG Transportation program was RD$467.7 million out of a total of RD$636.4 million for the year.
From the Disability Bonus, RD$285.8 million was executed out of a budget of RD$504 million.
In the Incentive for Higher Education, RD$84 million of RD$142.6 million were accrued.
The Help for the Elderly program was executed RD$324.6 million out of RD$395.8 million. The two programs of the Ministry of Education (Aprende y Avanza) earned RD$518 million.
