313 cases and one deceased due to covid-19, in Venezuela, in the last 24 hours, the Minister of Communication, Freddy Ñañez, reported on the night of this Friday, August 5; through his Twitter account – in which he identifies himself as Alfred Nazareth.
The official explained that of the 313 new positives, 312 were due to community transmission and one “imported”.

As for the “imported” case, he specified that it is a man from Türkiye (Turkey), with entry through Vargas (now La Guaira). And the deceased was a 79-year-old man, located in Mérida.
