The Attorney General of Mexico City (FGJ-CDMX) and the Capital Persons Search Commission (CBP) confirmed the murder of both Colombians, who lost contact with their families on September 16, 2025.
The CDMX Prosecutor’s Office reported various investigation acts, such as the collection of testimonies and obtaining video recordings, from which it was established as a hypothesis that its last whereabouts would have been in the State of Mexico.
After an operation in conjunction with authorities of the State of Mexico, expert services personnel of the State Prosecutor’s Office made the confrontation of the profiles of the disappeared and found coincidences with two people found without life on September 17.
The bodies of the young Colombians were located in the municipality of Cocotitlán.
Mexican authorities have already opened a homicide research folder.
