In a note, the folder reported that 80,506 registered employers will receive messages through the Electronic Labor Household (DET), official platform communication with the ministry.

“The notifications were elaborated from the crossing of eSocial data with the registered guides and paid to Caixa Econômica Federal, which point to evidence of debts in the collection of FGTS,” said the statement.

Still according to the folder, The action will be oriented at this first moment.

“The goal is to warn employers about possible irregularities in compliance with labor legislation and stimulate voluntary regularization by 31 October 2025”.

The deadline is over, the Ministry warns that employers who do not regularize the situation may have the processes forwarded for formal notification and official survey of the debts.

The guidance of the folder is for domestic employers to regularly follow the messages sent by the DET to avoid loss of deadlines and possible legal and labor losses.

The system provides administrative acts, tax procedures, subpoenas, notifications, administrative decisions and notices in general, centralizing all communication digitally.

“In addition to stimulating regularization, the action also reinforces the importance of compliance with labor obligations in the domestic sector, involving employers, unions and workers and workers.”

Numbers

DET accounts for 80,506 registered employers, responsible for 154,063 home jobs across the country. The amount due to FGTS, according to the ministry, exceeds R $ 375 million.

“This shows not only the size of employment bonds in the sector, but also the relevance of regularization and compliance with labor obligations with these professionals,” added the folder.

States

São Paulo leads in absolute numbers, with 26,588 employers, 53,072 workers and a debt of R $ 135 million. Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais and Bahia also have expressive values, reflecting their population and economic concentration.

Already states such as Roraima, Amapá and Acre register the smallest volumes, with debts below R $ 1 million, which, according to the Ministry, “illustrates the diversity of the occupational structure and the domestic labor market formalized in the country.”
