Santo Domingo.- He Government will maintain without variation prices of the main fuels for the week of January 10-16, 2026by assigning an increasing subsidy to RD$44.2 million.
The information was offered by the Vice Minister of Internal Trade, Ramon Perez Ferminwho explained that the liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) will be subsidized with RD$5.38 per gallon.
Fuels will be sold at the following prices:
- Premium Gasoline: RD$290.10 per gallon; maintains its price.
- Regular Gasoline: RD$272.50 per gallon; maintains its price.
- Regular Diesel: RD$224.80 per gallon; maintains its price.
- Optimal Diesel: RD$242.10 per gallon; maintains its price.
- Avtur: RD$185.41 per gallon; drops RD$2.48.
- Kerosene: RD$216.70 per gallon; drops RD$2.70.
- Fuel oil #6: RD$138.70 per gallon; rises RD$0.56.
- Fuel oil 1% S: RD$155.96 per gallon; rises RD$0.11.
- Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG): RD$137.20 per gallon; maintains its price.
- Natural gas: RD$43.97 per m³; maintains its price.
The weekly average exchange rate is RD$63.48according to the daily publications of the Central Bank of the Dominican Republic.
