Government maintains unchanged prices of main fuels

Santo Domingo.- He Government will maintain without variation prices of the main fuels for the week of January 10-16, 2026by assigning an increasing subsidy to RD$44.2 million.

The information was offered by the Vice Minister of Internal Trade, Ramon Perez Ferminwho explained that the liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) will be subsidized with RD$5.38 per gallon.

Fuels will be sold at the following prices:

  • Premium Gasoline: RD$290.10 per gallon; maintains its price.
  • Regular Gasoline: RD$272.50 per gallon; maintains its price.
  • Regular Diesel: RD$224.80 per gallon; maintains its price.
  • Optimal Diesel: RD$242.10 per gallon; maintains its price.
  • Avtur: RD$185.41 per gallon; drops RD$2.48.
  • Kerosene: RD$216.70 per gallon; drops RD$2.70.
  • Fuel oil #6: RD$138.70 per gallon; rises RD$0.56.
  • Fuel oil 1% S: RD$155.96 per gallon; rises RD$0.11.
  • Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG): RD$137.20 per gallon; maintains its price.
  • Natural gas: RD$43.97 per m³; maintains its price.

The weekly average exchange rate is RD$63.48according to the daily publications of the Central Bank of the Dominican Republic.
