Government extends deadline for people affected by rain to pay taxes in SP

A series of measures to help the population affected by the heavy rains in the municipalities of Guarujá, Bertioga, São Sebastião, Caraguatatuba, Ilhabela and Ubatuba, located in the state of São Paulo, were published in Official Diary of the Union (DOU), this Tuesday (7). One of them extends federal tax salaries for taxpayers domiciled in these locations. The same instrument also suspends, from February 19 to May 31, 2023, the counting of deadlines for the practice of procedural acts within the scope of the Federal Revenue, in relation to administrative processes of interest to taxpayers domiciled in the affected municipalities.
