The Federal Government released this Friday (12) to List of products eligible for emergency credit of the Brazil Sovereign Planset of measures launched to support Brazilian exporters affected by import tariffs imposed by the United States on July 30 this year.
The product table affected by additional US government fares is now available in Portal of the Ministry of Development, Industry, Commerce and Services (MDIC).
THE Program ensures R $ 30 billion from the Export Guarantee Fund (FGE) In credit with reduced interest for companies with at least 5% of affected revenues. Other companies may access R $ 10 billion via National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES). It is necessary to be regular in the IRS and the Attorney General of the National Treasury (PGFN) to access the credit line.
In all, 9,777 products of the Common Mercosur Nomenclature (NCM) will have priority in the line of credit of the Brazilian program. Of this total, 9,075 will be automatically considered, while another 702 require self -declaration of companies to prove loss in exports.
Financing may be used for working capital, working capital for the production of goods affected by tariff, acquisition of capital goods and investment to adapt productive activity, densifying the production chain and technological innovation or adaptation of products, services and processes. The deadlines range from 5 years to 10 years, with a grace period between 12 months and 24 months.
