Through two decrees on 5373 and 5374 The Government authorized the Supreme Electoral Court (TSE) to increase the certificate of consultants with Bs 23.1 million and the purchase by exception of equipment required for the general elections. The electoral body had requested these decrees to the government in March.
“The plurinational electoral body is authorized to increase, in management 2025, subheadings: 25210 ‘Consulting by product’ in Bs 2,180,500 and 25220 ‘Individual line consultants’ by Bs 20,926,995”, Says the second article of Decree 5373 published this Friday.
The TSE launched the official call to the general elections for August 17 and already published the electoral calendar that will govern in those elections. For each election, the electoral body requests this type of financing because eventual personnel must be hired whose duration of work concludes maximum until the publication of final results of the elections.
“The plurinational electoral body is authorized direct hiring of goods and servicesbeing able to use competitive electronic media enabled in the state contracting system -Sicoes, for the election of authorities and representatives of the 2025 Plurinational State, ”says Decree 5374.
