After the soybean and sugarcane producers left the meeting with the Government, this Wednesday afternoon, from the Ministry of Hydrocarbons reiterated the call for dialogue with the mobilized sectors to address the decrees that limit the sale of diesel.
The Vice Minister of Hydrocarbons, William Donaire, stated that, although he together with representatives of the National Hydrocarbons Agency (ANH), YPFB and the Directorate of Controlled Substances held a meeting with producers and transporters, the dialogue continues open with the mobilized sectors to publicize that it seeks to supply fuel to the agricultural sector, public and private transport.
“There have been some situations that led us to have some excessive requests about the regulations that we have,” he said from the the offices of the National Hydrocarbons Agency (ANH) in Montero.
In this sense, Donaire stated that, regarding the limitations on the sale of diesel contemplated in Decree 4910, The producers did not comment at any time to detail “what affected him”.
He observed that, upon returning from the Integrated Northern Farm Workers Union Federation, where the failed meeting was held, saw at the point of blockade more than 550 trucks that are stranded and more than 30 tankers with fuel, a situation that, he assures, should not occur.
“More than a million liters (of fuel) stranded; this situation should not be. It is a detriment that the mobilized sectors are doing to the Integrated North, to the integrated and Santa Cruz agro-industry; is being harmed ”, he questioned.
Asked about the possibility of repealing the Supreme Decrees, the authority stressed that the request they received from the sugarcane and soybean producers It is to enter into a dialogue with the technical tables, so that, in that space, they discuss what the regulations affect them.
