The Executive power appointed María Aurora Caruajulca Quispe as the new state attorney general to replace Daniel Soria, whose appointment was rescinded last week.
The appointment was made through Supreme Resolution No. 042-2022-JUSpublished this Friday, February 25 in an extraordinary bulletin of the Official Gazette El Peruano and bearing the signature of the president peter castle and the Minister of Justice and Human Rights, Ángel Yldefonso Narro.
It should be noted that Caruajulca Quispe was a public prosecutor for the district municipalities of San Martín de Porres and Comas, in Metropolitan Lima.
