The Social Subsidies Administrator (Adess) today announced the change from band cards to chip cards for the beneficiaries of the Supérate program; a modernization that will strengthen the transaction process for users.
Catalino (Freddy) CorreaCEO of Adess explained that this change responds to “a strengthening in the transactions of the beneficiaries of the social programs that the government executes through social subsidies.”

90,000 beneficiaries will be receiving their new card with a personalized chip, at strategic points in the province of Holy Sunday which will be announced shortly, until reaching one million five hundred and fifty thousand cardholders.
In the future, in a second stage, this new card will allow beneficiaries and beneficiaries transact in pharmacies and to pay for public transportation.
As previously announced, this change seeks to modernize and strengthen the use of the subsidy, so that the beneficiaries enjoy all the facilities safely.
