The National Government and the Democratic Alliance establish a period of 30 days to define, through working groups, the most important issues in the economic, social, political and electoral area; that lead to the establishment of a document with specific agreements.
This was reported this Friday by the president of the National Assembly (AN), Jorge Rodríguez, after leaving the meeting held by the president of the Republic, Nicolas Maduro at the Miraflores Palace with representatives of the Democratic Alliance of the Venezuelan opposition.
In this regard, Rodríguez explained that the dialogue will address the economic, social, political and electoral area, whose conclusions will be based on a joint document that will be presented at the end of 30 days.
“We have given ourselves 30 days to be able to define -through different work groups- the most important issues in the economic, social, political and electoral area (…) And that from those 30 days a document comes out where we can present the country in What do the sectors of the Venezuelan opposition and the sectors of the Bolivarian Revolution agree?
Likewise, he said that President Maduro, in his dialogue character, has led this meeting that aims to project into the future those agreements that have already been reached in the past.
In this sense, the president of the Legislative Branch described the meeting with the Democratic Alliance as nutritious and fruitful, and highlighted the importance of this dialogue table to address the social issue.
On the other hand, the also head of delegation at the Dialogue Table with the Unitary Platform of Venezuela (PUV) asserted that Venezuela has just signed a very important agreement to recover 3 billion dollars that were kidnapped abroad and that is a element to discuss with these sectors of the political life of the country.
He added that economic and social issues are of transcendental importance for the Venezuelan population and, without a doubt, political and electoral issues with a view to the years to come.
For his part, Juan Carlos Alvarado, general secretary of the Copei political party, stressed that the meeting was framed within the constitutional principles, while delimiting that among the issues discussed, they emphasize the “economic, social, political and electoral points that help to continue moving along the path of peace and stability in the country”, reports Presidencial Press.
Likewise, the also deputy of the AN, pointed out that in the next 30 days they will resume the discussion of the issues that affect Venezuelans. “Today we are here to identify the problems of the Nation and commit ourselves to a constitutional political pact that allows us to resume and travel that route that the Venezuelan people need in the next 30 days.”
In this regard, he pointed out that the deputies that make up this opposition bloc, “are unrestrictedly committed to what should be the development of the Constitution (…) and the construction of that route that is contemplated as an electoral guarantee.”
Finally, he recalled that the Venezuelan President has promoted permanent dialogue with the different sectors of the opposition, with the purpose of consolidating peace in the country.

The president of the Republic, Nicolas Maduro met at the Miraflores Palace with representatives of the Democratic Alliance of the Venezuelan opposition in the framework of the expanded dialogue in the country.
This meeting is framed in the context of the peace dialogue with the opposition sectors, in order to unify criteria that contribute to the economic and social growth of the country.
It is important to point out that the national government is in work commissions and dialogues with the Unitary Platform of Venezuela (PUV), in order to recover more than three billion dollars kidnapped by the United States and Europe, which will be destined for the social investment and projects for electricity, water, education, health, and mitigation of damage generated by the rains in the South American nation.
On November 26, the National Government and the Venezuelan opposition, through the PUV, signed a partial agreement (in Mexico City), in order to advance in the consolidation of peace in the country, and in the lifting of the unilateral coercive measures imposed by the United States.
