“We managed to maintain our economy growing and I am not talking about cold figures, but about a growth that touches their lives, about projects that are helping thousands of dominations to find jobs formal and better paid, or the initiatives that we are developing so that thousands of MSMEs are formal in 2028, because what we want is simple, a country where no one is left out of growth and economic development“

Abinader emphasized that these achievements have a clear objective: to improve the quality of life of Dominicans, ensuring drinking water, jobs formal education for 80% of young university students upon graduation, and access to decent and safe housing.
Furthermore, he highlighted the project of Integrated Transportation System in the capital and monorail in Santiago, which will make the latter “one of the best connected cities in the Americas” by 2026.
Among the goals He also cited the education as a central axis, emphasizing that classrooms are the heart of the future.
“That is why we are making them (classrooms) the center of development. From Open Schools and Active to school health, road safety and education environmental, we are transforming not only our students, but many communities,” he stated.
During his speech, Abinader He highlighted that Christmas is a special time to reflect on the past and dream of a better future.
“It is a time to sit down as a family and remember what really matters: our people, our roots, our history,” he said.
With a call for unity, he urged Dominicans to dream of a country “where progress is a right, not a privilege.”
