Specifically, it is a complaint entered in the Court of First Instance and Guarantee of Bulnes, for an event that occurred on December 11 on a walk in the Quillón commune, where Apablaza was with his wife and their son. eight years.
As stated Radio Bio Bio, Apablaza had an argument with his wife inside a vehicle, where he then proceeded to forcibly lower the victim, pushing her with the car moving. The affected person was left with minor injuries, which she verified in Carabineros.
The justice decreed the precautionary measure to prohibit the defendant from approaching the complainant at her home, workplace or public thoroughfare for 90 days.
