A man from the Rio Negro city of Cipolletti was sentenced to three years in prison on hold and comply with conduct guidelines after the technology company Google will detect that you uploaded to your personal account 35 files that contained material of sexual exploitation of children and adolescentsinformed judicial sources on Tuesday.
The case was framed in the legal figure of “possession for distribution purposes”sources indicated.
The first alert was activated when the company Google Inc detected images of children on the platform google photos of an email user residing in the city of Cipolletti, in the Alto Valle of Rio Negro.
The multinational filed a complaint with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and that generated a Cybertipline report that was transferred to the Río Negro Attorney General.
In this context, the Provincial Justice began its investigation and ordered a trespassing to the address of the person using that email.
“In addition to the kidnapping of electronics devicesthe police found a firearm 22-caliber long revolver-type pistol,” judicial spokesmen indicated.
The evidence included reports from the Specialized Tax Unit for Computer Crimes and Contraventions of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, the first body to receive the alerts.
In this case, the accused was accused by the Cipolletti prosecutor’s office and in that instance he accepted the abbreviated trial modality.
According to Google, when they became aware of a possible case of child sexual abuse material, they filed a complaint with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
