The 21st Family Court of Lima ordered the candidate for mayor of Lima for Together for Peru, Gonzalo Joynot to communicate in any way with his son about the alleged sexual violence that the victim denounced in 2021.
In the resolution that grants protection measures in favor of Alegría Varona’s son, Judge Miguel Quispe Zúñiga also orders that the candidate for the metropolitan seat submit to “evaluation followed by psychological therapy”.
“The result of the same must be reported to the Court, without prejudice to sending copies to the representative of the Public Ministry for the formulation of the respective complaint for the commission of the crime of Disobedience and Resistance to the Authority”, reads the document to which he agreed. The resolution also provides for the new ruling to be sent to the Sixth Transitory Provincial Corporate Prosecutor’s Office Specialized in Violence against Women and Members of the Family Group “so that it may act in accordance with its powers.”
Son of Gonzalo Alegría denounced him for psychological and sexual violence
