Among the reasons why the authority sanctioned the bank directed by Tomás Ehrenberg is the omission of conserving, for more than 10 years, data and documents in the identification files of one of its clients.
The authority also pointed out that the bank did not have an automated system that allowed it to group the accounts of the same client into a single database, nor did it give certified copies that prove the constitution of three trusts.
