The Bolivarian National Guard detained 35 people and detained 30 motorcycles in Maracaibo (Zulia), where they had planned the so-called Rodada del Terror, a caravan to celebrate Halloween night.
According to a newsletter, said activity was organized by “a group of people, who, under the effects of alcohol and psychotropic substances, tried to go out on motorcycles to tour the northern area of the Maracaibo municipality, thus disturbing public order. ”.
During the operation a total of 92 people were verified by the Comprehensive Police Investigation System (Siipol).
Two young people, who were in charge of distributing the drugs at the concentration, were arrested with 64 grams of cocaine, while a young man was wanted by Siipol.
The operation determined that “those involved violated traffic rules and laws and caused damage to several vehicles by preventing free traffic.”
