At the Redoma de Casigua citizen service point, in the Jesús María Semprún Municipality of Zulia state, military personnel assigned to Detachment 116 of Zone Command No. 11 of the Bolivarian National Guard, arrested a subject, who was carrying a package of cocaine hidden in a bag.
At the time, the young man was traveling in a public transport vehicle.
The detainee, identified as Derkeiber Daniel López Gamboa (20), tried to evade the military presence and go unnoticed with the drug, but thanks to the suspicion of the military personnel, the seizure was achieved. The substance had a net weight of 0.380 grams. In addition, a telephone equipment was seized during the procedure.
