They broke padlocks at the Tlaxiaco Cultural Center, in Oaxaca. Without respecting the bailment contract, they violated the board by pointing out, without evidence, that the property was being misused, and not only did they refuse to dialogue with those who had custody and strengthening of the space designed for culture for 17 years, but they harassed and criminalized them. The person responsible? The municipal president, Jorge Octavio Hernández Martínez, accuses Cocotzin Prieto Jiménez and Cimarrón Montañés, artists and cultural promoters.
