They broke padlocks at the Tlaxiaco Cultural Center, in Oaxaca. The person responsible? The municipal president, Jorge Octavio Hernández Martínez, accuses Cocotzin Prieto Jiménez and Cimarrón Montañés, artists and cultural promoters.
