A man took his five-year-old daughter to the mutual insurance company for a medical check-up, and based on the signs that the girl had been giving: distortions in routine, eating, behavior and sleep, they performed some tests Y they detected cocaine in his bloodthe president of the Institute for Children and Adolescents of Uruguay (INAU) told Underlined, Paul Abdullah.

Consequently, the Justice was informed and the judge of the case communicated it to the INAU. “The substitute judge ordered as an emergency measure that INAU to monitor this situationAbdullah said.

The provisional possession of the girl will be in the hands of her father, where she had been until June. “He had been in charge of the father in the month of May. In the month of Junethe Specialized Family Justice itself, for some reason, arranged for her to be cared for and live with her mother“, he explained.

“As a result of this outcome, it is planned to return to the original situation,” said Abdala.

“We don’t know if this was given deliberately by an adult or if it was accidentally given at all. But it doesn’t matter, obviously there is a situation related to care and responsibility when it comes to caring for this girl that generated this dramatic situation. We must now work quickly to repair this damage”, declared the INAU president.
