Barinas state authorities arrested a subject for drug addiction, better known as Burundanga, to a minor to violate her.
According to the police report, the girl is at the Luis Razetti hospital in the city of Llanera, in a delicate state of health.
The events were recorded in the Andrés Bello urbanization of the capital of Barinas.
The police sources reported that the subject, who simulated being a dough seller for cake, allegedly sprinkled the drug to the infant when she approached her after she called her from the surrounding surface where the adolescent resides with her mother.
Witnesses of the fact that shocked the entire community, said that a neighbor who observed everything alerted the other people, who mobilized before the bad intentions of the subject.
Scopolamine or Burundanga is an alkaloid that has hallucinogenic and stimulating properties.
