Thanks to the joint effort of the Governments of Venezuela and Türkiye, both countries record an “exponential growth.”
This was confirmed by the Chancellor of the Republic, Yván Gil, during a “extremely productive” meeting that he held with his couple in Türkiye in Venezuela, Aydan Karamanoğlu.
He indicated that during the meeting “we reviewed the cooperation ties that have experienced exponential growth in recent years, especially in the areas of commerce and multilateral diplomacy. This advance is the result of the joint effort of our governments and peoples. ”
Venezuela and Türkiye maintain cooperation relations since 1950, with the arrival of Commander Hugo Chávez, friendship ties were strengthened and promoted agreements in various areas for mutual economic, cultural and social development.
These relations under the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, have remained and strengthened, shows this in 2024, the IV Mixed Commission Venezuela – Türkiye concluded with the signing of nine agreements in key areas such as agriculture, health and medical sciences , civil aviation, finance, human rights protection, education and university scholarships.
