The Bogotá Aqueduct and Sewerage Company (EAAB) announced a bonus for the payment of the Water and sewerage invoice with the objective that people can generate payment agreements to cancel their debts and avoid possible sanctions. How can Bogota citizens access the important discounts made by the company?
The EAAB company ordered the possibility of requesting a payment agreement To catch up with the bill of the aqueduct and sewerage of Bogotá through the following steps:
1) Enter the official page: www.acueduct.com.co.
2) Click on the button that says payment agreements. On the screen all the information necessary to request it will appear.
3) Choose the option that fits your needs. A total payment agreement can be chosen to obtain a 100% discount in interest. You can also choose to pay with the number of quotas that best suits your possibilities.
4) Lugo enter the section that says: “Click here to fill out the form and request your payment agreement.”

7) You must select if you require a total payment agreement or in installments. A message will appear that will inform you that the data has been saved successfully.
8) Attach your documents. You can attach them as image, PDF or Word. When you have finished, the system will inform you of the date and time of the application and the filed number.
It is important to highlight that the procedure can be done only once, so if you put the same account the application will be disabled.
