Likewise, the municipalities declared with dengue epidemiological outbreaks must identify vacant lots with brush and debris and notify by any appropriate means, to owners to proceed to its immediate cleaning.

The municipalities that have final disposal sites must submit to the environmental authority, within a period of no more than 15 days, their corresponding Environmental Contingency Plans for Integral Management of Solid Wasteso that the pertinent environmental measure is evaluated for its subsequent adoption.
The Directorate of Integrated Environmental Control, the General Directorate of Control of Environmental Quality and Natural Resources, dependent on MADES, They will monitor compliance with all environmental impact mitigation measures for health mentioned above.
The breach of the obligations established in the Declaration of Contingencya, will be subject to sanctions, as well as communication to the Public Ministry.
The Environmental Contingency will last 60 days, After this deadline, each municipality must submit a report on compliance with the Contingency Plan for evaluation by MADES.
