The founder of Nader Enterprises, George Alexander Naderpresented the Maralda tourism mega-project, which is taking place in Miches, and spoke of the tourism “boom” that the country is experiencing thanks to the work of the Tourism Cabinet and the Ministry of Tourism, by participating as a speaker at the International Meeting of Real Estate Developers (ELDI), the conference held in Panama that brings together the most outstanding experts in the sector from all over Latin America.
Nader highlighted how this public-private alliance, together with the management of the pandemic and the institutional framework that exists in the country, is achieving results. extraordinary positioning ourselves as the leader in the region for the arrival of tourists and the attraction of investments.
“Every month the Dominican Republic is breaking records of tourist arrivals and this is not a coincidence, they are the results of the execution of a strategy led by President Abinader and Minister Collado” Nader stated during his speech.

At the meeting, which was held in Panama City on June 16 and 17, Nader participated as a speaker on the topic “Tourism real estate development, a flexible model that incorporates technology from its use to the form of sale, adding Tokenization to real estate products.
In addition to Nader, twenty other speakers, real estate experts from Latin Americapresented during two days extraordinary papers oriented to the development of the region based on trends of the highest level.
Some 17 countries participated in the activity that brought together more than 400 CEOs and investors from all over Latin America.
