Wifi Nde Rogape It is Efraín’s proposal to connect Paraguay with the world and guarantee citizens greater equity in Internet access. At least that is what appears in the proselytizing discourse. Nowhere do they even mention the problem of access to the terminal, nor any plan to improve the existing infrastructure, not to mention reaching the last mile.
