García Fermín: Abinader afianza cero tolerancia a la corrupción e impunidad

Santo Domingo. — The Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology (MESCyT), Franklin García Fermín, assured that the Dominican Republic is going through a stage of unprecedented political and institutional transformationmarked by transparency, public ethics and a firm regime of consequences against corruption, under the leadership of President Luis Abinader.
