San Pedro de Macorís – The Juan Dolio Police Department caught a gang red-handed that was dedicated to breaking into vehicles to steal the belongings inside.
The detainees are Johanet Cruz, Saint De Leon Dipre and Angel Enrique Silverio Santanaresidents of Ensanche Espaillat, National District.
The arrest was the result of a follow-up work by the agents, who intercepted these individuals on the Autovía del Este, near the La Malena sector, after they broke the window of a gray Hyundai vehicle, with the purpose of stealing the belongings inside. Multiple complaints had been received for similar events.

During the arrest, a black KIA Sorento vehicle with false license plates, three cell phones, a license plate from another vehicle and a master key, used to break into the vehicles, were seized.
The detainees and the evidence were made available to the competent authorities for the corresponding purposes.
