Gaby Carrizo promises Isla Colón that it will have a cruise port, a modern University and will expand social aid programs

On her second day in Bocas del Toro, Gaby receives massive support and proposes the construction of a modern university and expanding social aid programs to benefit the people.

The massive support received for the electoral proposal led by José Gabriel Carrizo, stings and spreads to all corners of the country. On her second day of tour in Bocas del Toro, Gaby Carrizo announced that in his government the tourist Isla Colón will have a cruise port.
