The Vice President of the Republic, José Gabriel “Gaby” Carrizo, assured this Wednesday, November 23, that “the administration of President Nito Cortizo coincides with the mission of the Ambassador of the United States.”

Carrizo, said that he has spoken with the ambassador Mari Carmen Aponte, “of all the efforts that this government has made in the fight against corruption.”

Likewise, he stressed that Cortizo “is the first president who has appointed six magistrates in the Supreme Court of Justice, five of whom are women, who have no subordination, ties or relationship with the chief executive.”

“This administration has carried out actions to guarantee transparency by digitizing processes, rendering accounts and informing the population of public management,” he said.
