“Gabriel Medina returns to the Tour in 2026 ready to write a new chapter [em sua carreira]. The three-time champion arrives with hunger, focus and that presence that changes the atmosphere in the lineup. If there is Medina in the water, there are expectations up there and the search for the tetra has already begun”, published the WSL on its social networks.
Due to the injury, in January 2025, Medina underwent surgery to reconstruct the tendon of the pectoralis major muscle in his left shoulder.
