Within the framework of the International Day of Innocent Children Victims of Aggression, commemorated this Saturday, June 4, the NGO Foundations warned about violations of the human rights of minors, whose lives are put in danger when crossing borders to leave Venezuela, where many others have also been left alone, without their parents, giving rise to the generation of what is known as childhood left behind
They pointed out that it is in border corridors where they are most at risk from child exploitation, trafficking and forced labor, that they have denounced on multiple occasions, to make visible the situation to which Venezuelan children are being subjected.

“Every day, millions of children are victims of excessive violence through physical, mental and emotional abuse, it is in countries experiencing armed conflicts where these cases are on the increase. In Venezuela, hehe great complex humanitarian emergency has been the starting point for different organizations to raise our voices in defense of so many #NiñosVictimasInocentesDeAgresion,” the organization wrote on its Twitter account.

The International Day of Innocent Children Victims of Aggression is celebrated every June 4, a date proclaimed by the United Nations General Assembly with which it is intended to achieve the protection of children in situations of war and conflict.
