Santo Domingo. – The Classic Party Foundationannounces its traditional symphony concert “Baroque”, scheduled for next Wednesday, December 21, at the Regina Angelorum Church in the Colonial City of Santo Domingo, starting at 8:00 p.m. It is an event by invitation.
The classical concert will be performed by the students of Fiesta Clásica and promises to be a solemn encounter with symphonic music of all times, within an environment in which the performers will show their talent and what they have learned at the academy chaired by the philanthropist Corinne Bouygues de Gobbi.
The meeting includes concerts by JC Bach, for viola, concerts by Antonio Vivaldi for violins, as well as the masterful performance of flutes and cellos by more than 40 Fiesta Clásica music students, as well as the academy choir.
In the same way, it was made known that the stage production has a comprehensive interpretation of the classic “Gloria” by Antonio Vivaldi by the youth choir and the symphony orchestra of the Foundation. The night will conclude with a beautiful Christmas selection.
During the evening, 6 members of the “Virtuoso” musical excellence program aimed at students who want to become professional will be presented. This 3-year program consists of intensive individual classes, participation in international activities, and graduations.
Fiesta Clásica is a foundation created by Mrs. Corinne Bouygues de Gobbi dedicated to teaching free classical music to children from the age of five and vulnerable adolescents who live in poverty, also providing them with the instruments for their studies. It has operations in the Colonial City since its foundation in 2015.
