“Fuloy”, alleged criminal from Los Alcarrizos, died in an alleged exchange of shots with the Police

The National Police reported this Friday that the renowned criminal Starling Medina Constanza, alias “Fuloy”, 24 years old, was killed in the municipality of Los Alcarrizos, who was actively wanted through arrest warrant No. 2024-TAUT-04175, during a operation in which he was wanted for being linked to several complaints of criminal acts.

At the time of the confrontation, “Fuloy” was seized with a Dau Wilson brand revolver, with two capsules and two shell casings, a weapon that he used to attack the agents of the Southwestern Zonal Department O-4.

Details of the event

The incident took place on La Penca Street, La Guáyiga sector, after the agents went to the area after receiving a report through the National Emergency and Security Assistance System 911. According to the official report, Medina Constanza opened fire on the police officers upon noticing their presence, forcing the officers to repel the attack in self-defense.

The aforementioned antisocial was injured during the confrontation and was transferred to the Dr. Vinicio Calventi Hospital, where he died while receiving medical attention.
